Gestalt psychotherapy is an integrative, practical and creative approach to therapy. It emphasises that people cannot be understood in isolation but only as part of the environment in which they live. It underlines the importance of the connection between psychological events and the settings in which the events occur.

My approach focuses on the development of your holistic awareness of yourself, your circumstances and how you function in those circumstances. This involves assisting you to get a fuller sense of the ways you feel, think and act in different situations and at different times. This in turn helps to increase your choices about how you live your life and how you interact with other people.
