Have you thought about what you want from supervision?

Counselling makes considerable demands upon the counsellor. Supervision helps to overcome some of the difficulties this creates. BACP and UKCP make ongoing supervision an ethical requirement for qualified and trainee counsellors and Psychotherapists.

How can you get what you want and need from supervision?

The first step is to choose a supervisor who has the training and experience to support you, and help you to develop your practice.

I can offer you:

•Support with reviewing your client work
•A safe place to explore your feelings around your practice
•Help with managing stress and support systems
•Knowledge about ethical considerations
•Help with integration of theory and practice
•Support with course work and BACP Accreditation
•An alternative viewpoint

I work with a humanistic base and have experience in Gestalt, Person Centred and Integrative humanistic therapies.
